Lady Drags Kid on Lease Through Verizon Store

I guess this kid was either not cooperating or throwing some kid of fit…so this mom just decides to march along dragging him across the store floor. Obviously people in the store found this to be wrong and someone decided to call the cops. Since there is video evidence, this woman was arrested for giving her kid rug burns. What’s crazy is that the kid is just laying there not kicking or fighting back, he could be getting choked by the harness at the same time.
