I’m currently solo traveling in France, and then I’m heading to Spain.
I’m a very anxious person in general, I like to be in control of everything. When I’m anxious, I generally feel it in my stomach, I can’t eat, and not eating just makes me feel worse.
Every morning since I arrived a few days ago, I wake up with anxiety. I feel nausea, stomach ache, I can’t eat… but then, as the day goes by, I feel fine and I enjoy myself.
The anxiety is worse when I have to take a train or any transport to go to a different location.
I don’t want to have to go through this every morning for the rest of my trip!
I had hoped that I could just let go and have fun for my trip but it seems like I can’t get rid of anxiety that easily..
Any suggestions?
