Any experiences with the Talgo train from Almaty to Tashkent (especially from women)?

I’m contemplating taking the train rather than flying, I’d be traveling overnight and in a sleeper car. I’m actually thinking 2nd class might be better than 1st class since theft is easier when there’s only one other person and nobody to “catch” a thief, and potentially harder for anything worse to happen. On the flip side though, in some places people either don’t care or, more rarely but possible, even collaborate, especially if they know each other. Thoughts on this logic for sleeper trains in general?

Additionally, how is the train on this route in general? Safe or rather sketchy? Any other tips for traveling this route? In particular, is the border crossing a concern in terms of corruption/bribery?
