Anyone also had lost/delayed bags in CDG Paris?

I’ve had a trip last Saturday from that had two connecting flights, one of which was in CDG

My two checked bags never arrived, and I created a claim which I can see in worldtracer.

Shortly after the flight, I received a message saying that 1 bag was found. But I was able to confirm through customer service that both bags are actually still missing, and that they’re very likely lost in CDG. This is also more likely since several other passengers on my plane also didn’t receive their bags.

I feel like I’m completely in the blue concerning my bags, especially due to the issues that’re happening in CDG.

My vacation is for ~2 weeks, and it’s been 2 days since my arrival where my bags are still deemed missing.

I’ve been told that I can try claiming ‘first necessities’ that I had to buy, but the problem is the items I need from the bag aren’t really considered ‘first necessities’ and most aren’t even available at my destination. I unfortunately need a lot of items from my bags for occasions I am attending during my trip.

I wanted to ask if anyone else has faced a similar issue recently .

I’m really worried about my bags and am trying to set some expectations on what will likely happen. As I can’t get information from customer service & worldtracer..
