Should I eat the cost of my trip and not go? Feeling guilty about not wanting to go

So originally I had a two week trip planned to Copenhagen and Amsterdam. I’m an idiot and did not check the covid restrictions for Amsterdam and turns out I can’t get in . So I had to change my return flight, which I’m also an idiot for getting the cheap non-refundable flight. Since it was a last minute change and after over 4 cumulative hours with customer support, I ended up having to leave a week early and pay an extra $900 to fly first to London then fly home. To be honest I booked this trip when I was kind of lonely but now that I have things to do where I live, I’m sad I’m going to be missing them. At this point the trip is around $3000 for only a week long trip and I leave tomorrow. The whole thing has become extremely stressful and I don’t even want to go but I feel guilty about how much money I spent on the trip. I’m supposed to be seeing a friend and that and the fact that I paid $3000 are the only reasons I’m still going. Are those good enough reasons?

EDIT: Aw all the replies made me feel so much better! Thank you everyone – I will go. I think the recent prices and covid now just makes travel so much more of an effort than it used to be and it can take the fun out of it.
